RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Warthog Series

1. Order Cancellations
• Before Shipping: A 5% processing fee will apply.
• After Shipping:
• A 15% processing fee (10% restocking fee + 5% transaction fee) applies.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Return Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in new, unused condition, with fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.
• A 15% restocking fee and processing fee will be charged for returns with fewer than 10 miles. For returns exceeding 10 miles, an additional 1% fee will apply for each mile over 10.
• Merchandise must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items. Items damaged, worn, or used will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process
• Customers must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request by emailing service@bikonit.com.
• Returns without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
• A sticker with the following details must be affixed to the return package:
• Customer Name
• Order Number
• Purchase Channel
• Returns should be shipped to the following address unless otherwise directed by Bikonit Customer Care:

4. Defective or Damaged Items
• For defective items, customers must provide photo or video evidence to Bikonit Customer Care for verification.
• For shipping-damaged items, photos of packaging (inside and outside), the shipping label, and all box sides are required. Verified claims will be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair.

5. Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
• Customers will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Raptor Series

Before shipping: If you cancel your order before shipping, you will be refunded. An Up to 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
After shipping: To request an order cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer needs to pay an up to 15% processing fee (10% restocking fee and Up to 5% transaction fee). The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

A return must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. In order to qualify, the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products, we always start the return eligibility from the date of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must obtain our written approval before returning an item. If a customer returns an item without our written consent, no refund will be issued. Currently, we are not offer return shipping labels, and the customer must pay the shipping fees to have the item sent back.

To initiate a return, you can email us at info@bikonit.com. If your return is approved and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we do not provide return shipping labels.

At the time of delivery, the carrier will provide you with a Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or Delivery Receipt for you to sign. it is important for you to thoroughly inspect your shipment before signing.

Please ensure to visually inspect both the inside and outside of the boxes and make all notations on the paperwork. Each carrier uses their own standard forms, so ensure to fill out the proper spaces provided.

If you've found damage during your inspection, all damage and defects MUST be noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier and to assist you with a return, replacement or repair.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your credit card company. All refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

2. All returns require the original
packaging supplies and shipping box. Bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received them, and must include all items in the box (battery, charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

3. For shipping damages or product defects: We will do its best to service you and provide tech support to fix simple issues. We will also provide the replacement parts necessary to try our best to service you.

4. To better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.
